Oscar appears to be very knowledgeable in his trade and was able to take the time to explain the difference and what is required by code. He was very responsive and tabard the plan with me prior to the doing the job. He also sent photos in real time to ensure I see the progress and explained everything afterwards. They also cleaned up when completed. As a new homeowner this means a lot. I have already recommended Oscar and the team to my neighbors.
